Lolo, Montana to Lewiston, Idaho

Few drives can compare with traveling U.S. Highway 12 along the Wild and Scenic Lochsa River. The two-lane highway winds through a narrow canyon between forest and river, with Lewis and Clark interpretive signs and picnic areas along the route. Please remember to bring your camera and allow yourself time to travel along this scenic route.
